ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed to set aside the order and decretal order, dated 06.10.2016, made in I.A.No.173 of 2015 in O.S.No.141 of 2015, on the file of the Subordinate Court, Kuzhithurai.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, Ms.J.Anandhavalli, learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that the petitioner has filed the present Civil Revision Petition against the order directing him to furnish security for Rs.1,20,000/- on or before 03.11.2016, failing which, attachment would be ordered. She further submitted that on 04.11.2016 order of attachment has been passed and thus, nothing survives for adjudication in the Civil Revision Petition and liberty may be given to the petitioner to take appropriate proceedings against the order of attachment.

3. Recording the said submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. It

is open to the petitioner to take appropriate proceedings against the order of attachment, if he so desires. No costs.
