ORDER
Heard the learned counsel on either side.
2.This civil revision petition is directed against the order passed by the court below declining to terminate an execution petition. The matter arises out of the land acquisition proceedings. There is a dispute regarding the calculation of the interest amount. It is now agreed on either side that the respondent herein can be directed to withdraw the amount of Rs.6,755/- deposited on 18.09.2012 and the amount of Rs.2,15,979/- deposited on 07.09.2016. It is further agreed that the petitioner will have to pay a further sum of Rs.17,965/-. A memo has been filed in this regard by the respondent. Such an amount shall be deposited by the revision petitioner within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3.This civil revision petition is dismissed with the aforesaid direction.
No costs.
Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
