For Respondent : B.Thanga Aravindh, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :-For Anticipatory bail in Crime No.79 of 2022 on the file of the Respondent Police ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 294(b), 324 and 506(ii) I.P.C, in Crime No.79 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the occurrence said to have been taken place in front of the TASMAC shop on 17.05.2022 at about 02.15 pm., The petitioner was not involved in the aforesaid occurrence. He has been wrongly implicated in this case.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the petitioner is having 12 previous cases. Reading of the same shows that most of the cases have been filed for assault and some of the cases have been registered for the offences punishable under Section 107 Cr.P.C., and Section 387 IPC.

CRL OP(MD). No.9784 of 2022 4.In reply, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that most of the cases have been disposed of and only 4 cases are pending against the petitioner as on date.

5.However, perusal of the First Information Report shows that specific overt act has been attributed against this petitioner and considering the bad antecedents of the petitioner, he is not entitled for the discretionary relief of granting anticipatory bail.
