C-60. To modify the condition No.13(iii) imposed upon the petition by the order dated 18.03.2026 made in Crl.M.P.(MD) No.3124 of 2026 in Crl.A.(MD) No.893 of 2025, on the file of this Court.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble N.Anand Venkatesh J.) This petition has been filed seeking modification of the condition imposed by this Court while granting suspension of sentence to the petitioner, wherein the petitioner was directed to appear before the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Sivagangai, every Monday and Friday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

2. The present petition has been filed on the ground that nearly 10 cases are pending against the petitioner and in all those cases, the petitioner is reporting before the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Q Branch CID, Coimbatore Range, Coimbatore, daily.

3. Therefore, in light of compliance with that condition, the petitioner is not in a position to comply with the condition imposed by this Court, vide order dated 18.03.2026.

4. Heard the learned counsel on either side.

5. Considering the ground raised by the learned counsel for the petitioner, we are inclined to modify the condition to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Q Branch CID, Coimbatore Range, Coimbatore, daily at 10.00 a.m. until further orders.

6. In the result, this petition is allowed.
