ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents not to put up bus shelter in front of the petitioner's house, situated at No.1/187, Main Road, Thatchampathu, Thiruvedagam Post, Madurai - 625 234, and to put up the bus shelter in any other non-residential place in the said Village, based on the representation made by the petitioner on 30.06.2021.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 to 4, on instructions, submitted that the bus shelter has been put up two years ago. 2/4

3. In view of the above, nothing survives for further adjudication in this Writ Petition. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
