Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner's lease period ends on 30.09.2020. He seeks extension of lease period for one more year.

W.P.(MD)No.10898 of 2020 respondent is directed to pass appropriate orders in one way or the other. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. The fourth respondent shall decide the issue before expiry of the lease period.

4.With these directions, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
