ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed seeking orders to punish the contemnor/respondent for the deliberate and willful disobedience of the order passed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.21454 of 2022, dated 05.12.2022.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State would submit that in pursuance of the directions of this Court, they have filed the final report in Crime No. 5 of 2020, on 17.04.2023 and the same was taken on file in C.C.No.1714 of 2023 by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Madurai. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that recording the submission made by learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the petition may be closed.

4. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Contempt Petition is closed. No costs. 05.07.2023 das 2/4
