ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The petitioner has moved this Court for securing his right to enter the temple in question for worship.

3.The learned Special Government Pleader stated that the right of the petitioner to enter the temple for worship cannot be denied.

4.This Court wanted to know who is preventing the writ petitioner from doing so. The learned counsel for the petitioner stated that one Srinivasan is restraining the petitioner. But then, the said Srinivasan has not been made as a party in this writ petition.
