Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Section 420, 457 and 511 IPC. He seeks anticipatory bail.

2.Heard the learned counsel on either side.

3.The defacto complainant has alleged that the petitioner made her part with a sum of Rs.2.00 lakhs. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it was only a business transaction. Be that as it may, without prejudice to her claim of innocence, the petitioner undertakes to pay a sum of Rs.2.00 lakhs. This amount shall be paid to the defacto complainant within four weeks from today. The Inspector of Police, City Crime Branch, Cantonment, Trichy City is directed to monitor the compliance of this undertaking given by the petitioner. If the said undertaking is breached, the respondent police shall file a petition for cancelling the order now granted by this Court.

4.Recording the above said undertaking, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on her appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Trichy and on her executing a bond for a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. The petitioner shall comply with the conditions stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. Scrupulously. The petitioner shall appear before the concerned Magistrate within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy made ready, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand dismissed.
