3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that because of the accident the petitioner sustained grievous injuries and now, he is in Coma stage and hence, he is not in a position to comply the condition imposed by this Court at the time of suspending, from 01.06.2022
4. Considering the health condition of the petitioner, the absence of the petitioner is condoned and also his appearance before the concerned Magistrate is fully relaxed.
