This writ petition has been filed seeking for a writ of mandamus directing the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 17.05.2022 and pass suitable orders for registering the petitioner's complaint as a case as against the third and fourth respondents for the offences as made out in the petitioner's complaint and also give suitable protection to her life and limb forthwith.

2.On the side of the petitioner, it is stated that the complaint lodged by the petitioner was not taken up by the respondent police.

3.On the side of the respondents, it is stated that the petition filed by the petitioner was taken as CSR.No.129 of 2022 and after enquiry, the same was closed.
