This petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the respondent Nos.2 and 3 not to harass the petitioner and his family members and thereby not to interfere into the civil dispute.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit it is a case and counter case given by the petitioner as well as the private respondent. In respect of which, enquiry has also been undertaken by the second respondent and during the course of enquiry, the petitioner has made a statement and explained the position that was also accepted by the second respondent herein.
