O R D E R

The Court had earlier directed the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation and pass appropriate orders. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that the said direction has been complied with and that an order dated 01.06.2026 has been passed. However, the petitioner submitted that 1/4

even though order has been passed, the consequential changes have not been carried out in the revenue records and patta has not been issued in favour of the petitioner.

2. In view of the above, the respondent is directed to issue patta in favour of the petitioner and carry out the necessary changes in the revenue records in terms of the order dated 01.06.2026. The respondent shall comply with the said direction within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. In case, if the respondent has not complied with the said order, the petitioner is at liberty to re-open the contempt petition.
