To call for the records and to set aside the judgment of conviction dated 25.11.2022 made in Spl.S.C.No.46 of 2020 on the file of Learned Sessions Fast Track Mahila Court, Dindigul. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.HEROLD SINGH.S.C, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.ALBERT JAMES, Government Advocate on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.15626 of 2022 in Crl.A.(MD) No.859 of 2022 dated 15.12.2022.
2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition from 17.03.2023 till today, without fail.
