The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Civil Revision Petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect. He further submitted that the Court below has unnecessarily prolonging the matter and hence, he seeks speedy disposal of suit in O.S.No.33 of 2014 on the file of the Sub Court, Kovilpatti.

2. Recording the above said submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the endorsement made by him, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the learned Subordinate Judge, Kovilpatti is directed to dispose the suit in O.S.No.33 of 2014 as expeditiously as possible in any event not later than 30th June 2017. No costs.
