ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners who are apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 457 and 511 of IPC in Crime No.124 of 2018 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.
2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police.
3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that the petitioners are not having any previous cases. Hence, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on their appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Kumbakonam and on their executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m for a period of seven days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.The petitioners shall comply with the conditions stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. Scrupulously.
