No. 228/10 in C.No.65136/10 dated 27.12.2012 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to reinstate the petitioner into service as a Driver under the respondents and to pay all monetary benefits including salary and other benefits as per the Service Rules for the Respondent Corporation.
