ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police in 1/3

connection with the case in Crime No. Not known of 2024 for the offence under Section 294(b), 323 and 506(i) I.P.C., have filed this petition, seeking anticipatory bail.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent submits that they have received a complaint on 20.04.2024 and they have issued summons to the petitioners, for ascertaining the genuineness of the complaint. The petitioners appeared and undertook to appear along with the other accused, but, failed to appear and file this application.

3. Considering the rival submissions made.

4. The petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police and to co-operate for the enquiry. The respondent police shall conclude the enquiry within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. In the event, if any offence has been made out, the respondent police shall register a case. If any further enquiry is required, necessary summons under Section 41-A Cr.P.C has to be issued to the petitioners. The petitioners need not be harassed in the meantime. 2/3
