VEILKANIRAJU, Advocate for the petitioners and of Mrs.S.ANANTHA DEVI, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioners to extend the time for executing the sureties. 2.This Court had granted anticipatory bail with a condition that the petitioners shall execute the sureties and surrender before https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ the concerned Magistrate Court within a period 15 days.
clear that if the petitioner did not comply with the said condition, the order of anticipatory bail shall stand cancelled automatically. 3.The petitioners now filed this petition to extend the time. This Court went through the petition and the reasons set out therein are not sufficient to extend the time. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to extend the time. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed and consequently, the order of anticipatory bail stands cancelled.
