No.8107 of 2018 requesting further six months time to dispose of the I.A.No.269/18 in O.S.No.30/2016 on its file and this Court made the following order:- " The District Judge, Sivagangai by letter dated 03.12.2018 has explained the reasons for not being able to comply the order to pass order in the application filed under Order VII Rule 11 C.P.C. in I.A.No.269 of 2018 in O.S.No.30 of 2016 within six weeks from the date of filing of that application.
