ORDER

The petitioner seeks limited relief of direction to the first respondent to dispose of the petitioner's appeal dated 07.03.2022.

2. Aggrieved by the patta proceedings, the petitioner has preferred an appeal before the first respondent and the same is pending right from March, 2022 onwards.

3. In the light of the above, the writ petition is disposed of directing the first respondent to hear the petitioner's appeal after giving an opportunity to the petitioner as well as the second respondent and pass final orders, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
