Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of the impugned certificate in W.148/CN/III/MDU/GL dated 29.01.2014 issued by the 3rd Respondent and quash the same and direct the Respondents to pay and settle the final payment for the work done at Tuticorin Railway station by the petitioner without deducting any penalty and with price variation clause with 12 % interest within a time to be fixed by this Hon'ble Court.
