O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct Family Court, Madurai to dispose of the case being M.C.No.137 of 2019 within a stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

2. The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner has filed M.C.No.137 of 2019 seeking maintenance before the Family Court, Madurai.

3. The grievance of the petitioner is that even though the case was filed in the year 2019 till now proceedings is going on and counselling is undertaken. In spite of repeated adjournments, it is not completed. More over, a divorce petition in H.M.O.P.NO.601 of 2019 filed by the husband and a restitution petition in H.M.O.P.NO.575 of 2020 filed by the wife are also pending before the same court.

4. Mr.A.Saravanan, learned counsel, who takes notice for the respondent, submits that the respondent is also willing for speedy disposal.

5. Considering the limited request made by both parties, this Court is inclined to issue a direction. A direction is issued to the Family Court, Madurai, to see the proceedings before the counselling to be completed within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, this petition is disposed of.
