O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking direction to the second respondent not to harass the petitioner and his wife based on the complaint given by the fourth respondent herein.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that based upon the complaint given by the fourth respondent herein, a case in Crime No.126 of 2021 was registered on 06.07.2021 for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 417, 420, 467, 468 and 120(B) IPC against the petitioner and his wife.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that earlier complaint given by the fourth respondent herein came to be closed after enquiry.

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.8817 of 2021 4.Since the case has been registered against the petitioner, the petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedy through appropriate proceedings. Since the case has been registered, the question of harassment may not arise.
