This Criminal Original Petition had been filed seeking for a direction to the respondent to file the final report in connection with the case in Crime No.129 of 2022, dated 25.07.2022.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that in this case final report has been filed by the respondent before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Virudhunagar and the same was taken cognizance in PRC No.67 of 2022, on 15.11.2022.
