This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to take necessary direction to the second respondent to take appropriate action as against the respondents 3 to 6 based on the 2/5

petitioner's representation dated 17.03.2025. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that the petitioner's representation was already considered and closed. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter. 3.Today, a copy of the closure report was also served to the learned Counsel for the petitioner.

4.Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the closure of the complaint, if she is aggrieved, in the manner known to law.
