ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

2. Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondents. 3.When the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) reports that the First Information Report was registered in Crime No.405 of 2018 as against the petitioner's son.

4.It is made clear that if the respondent Police wants to enquire the petitioner, necessary summons may be issued to the petitioner and thereafter he shall be enquired by the respondent Police. In the same way, the petitioner shall not be harassed under the guise of enquiry.
