This Criminal Original Petition is filed by the petitioner to issue a direction to the first respondent to transfer the entire investigation relating to Crime No.286/2021 of K.Pudur Police Station, K.Pudur, Madurai District to the Crime Branch Criminal Investigation Department (C.B.C.I.D.), Madurai District.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the first respondent would contend that the investigation in the instant case is completed and a charge sheet is also filed before the Judicial Magistrate Court No.VI, Madurai in E-filing No.CC202300023 on 21.11.2023. Page No. 2 of 4
