According to the petitioner, the petitioner made a representation to the respondents to give permission to organize the Karakattam program on 23.07.2018 from 10.00 pm to till the completion of midnight prayer i.e., at 03.00 am on 24.07.2018 at Narayanasamy Temple ground at Moongiladi with light and sound by considering the petitioner's representation dated 13.07.2013. Since the said representation has not been considered, the present writ petition has been filed before this Court.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion, this Court directs the first respondent to consider the representation dated 13.07.2018 and pass https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

orders on merits and in accordance with law, by taking note of the order passed in W.P.(MD)No.13266 of 2017 dated 19.07.2017, on or before 22.07.2018.

4.With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
