PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, to direct the respondent No.2 for expeditiously complete the investigation and file final report in Crime No.212 of 2021 on the file of the respondent No.3 in accordance with law within the time stipulated by this Court.

O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent No.2 to expeditiously complete the investigation and file a final report in Crime No.212 of 2021 on the file of the respondent No.3 in accordance with law within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the father of the deceased and the defacto complainant. Based upon his complaint, a case in Crime No.212 of 2021 for the offences under Sections 147, 149 and 302 IPC and Section 3(1)(r), 3(1)(s), 3(2), 5(A) of the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 was registered.

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.8807 of 2021 totally 29 witness have been examined and final report is ready and within a period of one month final report will be submitted before the concerned court.

4. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, there will be a direction to the third respondent to file a final report within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. After filing filing report, a compliance report shall be sent to the Registry without fail.

5. With the above directions, this petition is disposed of.
