For Respondent : Mr.P.Kottai Chamy, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) PETITION FOR RELAXATION Under Sec.439(1)b of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- To relax the condition imposed in Crl O.P(MD) No.9532 of 2022 dated 18.05.2022 and to pass such further or other orders ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in CRL OP(MD) No.9532 of 2022, dated 18.05.2022. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court in CRL OP(MD) No.9532 of 2022 on 18/05/2022 regularly, and he further submitted that the petitioner is having examination upto 04.06.2022. Hence, he prays for relaxation of the said condition. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.

Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly. 4.Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly and considering the submission of the petitioner that the petitioner is having examination upto 04.06.2022, the petitioner is exempted from complying with the condition till 07.06.2022 and thereafter, the petitioner shall comply with the condition imposed by this court in CRL OP(MD) No.9532 of 2022 dated 18/05/2022.
