O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to complete the investigation and file final report in connection with Crime NO.05 of 2020 before the concerned Judicial Magistrate Court, Kamudhi within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. The petitioner is the defacto complainant in Crime No.05 of 2020 which was registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498(A), 294(b), 323 and 506(1) IPC and Section 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act,1961.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that investigation is completed and final report was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Kamudhi on 21.02.2019 which was taken on file in PRC No.89 of 2021 and it was posted on 29.07.2021.

4. Since investigation has been completed and final report has been filed before the concerned court, nothing survives for further consideration in this petition. Hence, this petition is disposed of.
