Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records in pursuant to the impugned order passed by the second respondent in his proceedings Na.Ka.No.A6/5586/2006 dated 06.12.2013 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to permit the petitioner to run his Educational Institution in the leased out Municipal property in the upstairs of the Karur New Bus Stand and more particularly the place situated near the premises of Traffic Police Station without any hindrance.
