ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed seeking direction to the second respondent to provide electricity service connection to the petitioner.

2.According to the petitioner, he is the owner of the property, whereas, the third respondent also claiming that he is the owner of the property and filed a petition seeking eviction of the petitioner in R.C.O.P.No.123 of 2011. Subsequently, the petitioner said to have filed an application seeking electricity service connection, which was not considered, hence, the present Writ Petition has been filed.

3.The learned counsel for the respondents 1 & 2 submitted that so far no proper application for electricity service connection has been filed by the petitioner. Hence, they are not in a position to process the application.

4.Considering the fact that no proper application has been filed, the petitioner is directed to file proper application seeking electricity service connection before the respondents 1 & 2 and on filing of such application, the respondents 1 & 2 are directed to consider the same.

5.This Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
