ORDER
The petitioner has filed this Civil Revision Petition to direct the Rent Control Appellate Authority (Principal Sub-Court), Tirunelveli to dispose the appeal in R.C.A.No.13 of 2015, within time fixed by this Court.
2.The petitioner is the landlord and the respondent is the Tenant. The petitioner filed R.C.O.P.No.24 of 2012 for vacating the respondent from the schedule mentioned property on the grounds of own occupation. The respondent filed counter and stated that the property originally belonged to husband of the petitioner. The respondent entered into agreement of lease on 28.06.2007 with the husband of the petitioner in respect of the plaint schedule building on a monthly rent of Rs.13,000/- for a period of two years from 01.07.2007 to 30.06.2009. He was paying the rent regularly. After the death of the petitioner's husband, the petitioner executed another lease deed dated 01.07.2009 for a period of another three years from 01.07.2009 to 30.06.2012 on a monthly rent of Rs.13,780/- and he was paying the rent regularly. 3.
The learned Judge considering the materials on record, pleadings, oral and documentary evidence ordered R.C.O.P.No.24 of 2012,on 30.04.2015. Against the said order, the respondent filed R.C.A.No.13 of 2015 before the Rent Control, Appellate Authority, Principal Sub Court, Tirunelveli.
4.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the respondent is wantonly prolonging the matter. In the circumstances, the petitioner has come out with the present Civil Revision Petition.

5.I have heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record. 6.Considering the limited prayer sought for the in the Civil Revision Petition, this Court directs the Rent Control Appellate Authority, Principal Sub Judge, Tirunelveli to dispose the R.C.A.No.13 of 2015 as expeditiously as possible, in any event, not later than 30th June, 2017.
7.With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
