O R D E R This petition is filed to direct the respondent to file the final report in connection with the case in Crime No.75/2022 dated 13.05.2022 and proceed with the same as per law within the time stipulated by this Court. 2.The petitioner is the defacto complainant in Crime No.75 of 2022, which was registered on the file of the respondent. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondent would submit that the disputed signature has been sent for expert verification and examination at Chennai and hence he seeks a further period of six months time to file final report before the concerned court. 4.Recording the submission and accepting the request made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), there shall be a direction to the respondent to complete the investigation and file a final report as soon as possible, after receiving the afore said report. After filing final report before the concerned court, compliance report must be submitted to the Registry.
