Respondents This Writ Petition has been filed praying for a Writ of Mandamus directing the 3rd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 12.5.2014 for measuring and laying border stones in Punjai Survey No.189/8, Patta No.168 (Old No.1151), Aaykudi Village, Manachanallur Taluk, Tiruchirappalli District. ORDER

This Writ Petition is preferred by the petitioner for the measurement of the lands possessed by him.

2. Mrs.S.Bharathi, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents.

3. By consent, this Writ Petition itself is taken up final disposal.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that it would be suffice if the representation of the petitioner is disposed of on merits and in accordance with law.

5. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the official respondents has no objection in considering the request of the petitioner.

In view of the above, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner in this Writ Petition, the second respondent is directed to survey and fix the boundary marks of the petitioner's property, by considering the representation of the petitioner, dated 12.05.2014, on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to the adjoining owners, especially the fourth respondents herein, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
