ORDER

The respondent herein has obtained a decree in his favour at the first appeal stage. It is submitted that the same has become final. Since the decree passed by the Court below was not complied with, arrest was ordered. The impugned order will be put on hold for a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

2.In this circumstance, the Tahsildar, Karaikudi, Sivagangai District is given four weeks time to comply with the decree. If even after the expiry of the said four weeks the decree is not https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ complied with, the order impugned in the Civil Revision Petition

will stand revived.

3.With this direction, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
