ORDER

The grievances of the writ petitioners for grant of promotion to the post of Checking Inspector had already been redressed. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioners states that the petitioners were already promoted as Checking Inspector and working as such in Transport Corporation. However, it is contended that the seniority on par with his Junior sought to be settled. In this regard, the writ petitioners are at liberty to submit their representation setting out the facts and details and in the event of receiving any such representation, the respondents are directed to consider the same take a decision on merits and in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible. 3.With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
