The petitioner seeks for a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to include the name of the petitioner in the panel prepared for the promotion to the post of Tutor in Pharmacy by considering the petitioner's representation dated 24.11.2014.

2. Mr.S.Kumar, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents. By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that it would suffice if the representation of the petitioner is disposed of, on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 4.In view of the limited scope of the prayer, the respondents are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 24.11.2014 in accordance with law, after giving notice to the interested parties, if any, and pass appropriate orders within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
