2. Heard Mr.J.Sivaram, learned Counsel for the petitioners and Mr.K.K.Ramakrishnan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, who takes notice for the respondents.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions,

would submit that based on the complaints given by the petitioners, enquiry was conducted. On enquiry, it was found that the parties are blood relations, viz., mother - daughter and the dispute is a family cum civil in nature and therefore, the complaints were closed. He would further submit that since the complaints are civil in nature, both the parties are advised to approach the civil Court to resolve the dispute.

4. In view of the aforesaid submission, these Criminal Original Petitions are dismissed. However, it is open to the petitioners to approach the civil Court for appropriate relief. Sd/- Assistant Registrar (Writs) /True Copy/ Sub Assistant Registrar(CS-III) To
