ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to quash the FIR in Cr.No.42/2022 dt 01.02.2022 on the file of the R1 police. 2.On the side of the petitioner it is stated that only due to civil dispute FIR was registered against the petitioner. There is no injury or no medical memo or medical evidence and without medical evidence, the police has proceeded the case and prays the FIR to be quashed. 3.On the side of the prosecution, it is stated that the case was registered on 01.02.2022, now the investigation was already over and charge sheet is likely to be filed.

4.In view of the above said circumstances, the prosecution is directed to file the final report, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above said directions, this criminal original petition is dismissed.
