This Civil Revision Petition seeks for expeditious disposal of I.A.No.2 of 2025 in O.S.No.97 of 2025 pending on the file of the learned District Munsif, Paramakudi, Ramanathapuram District.

2. When the matter came up for admission on 28.04.2026, I called for a report from the learned District Munsif, Paramakudi, Ramanathapuram District. She has sent a report dated 01.06.2026. A perusal of the report 1/3

shows that the application in I.A.No.2 of 2025 in O.S.No.97 of 2025, of which early disposal was sought for, has been disposed of on 28.04.2026. Hence, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
