Respondent This Writ Petition has been filed praying for a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 08.01.2015 requesting the respondent to demarcate the petitioner's land bearing S.No.743/1B measuring southern side 1 acre 38 cents out of 2 acre 7 cents situated at Nadumandalam Village Natham Taluk Dindigul District and to issue separate patta to the petitioner within a time limit fixed by this Honourable Court.

ORDER

This Writ Petition is preferred by the petitioner for the measurement of the lands possessed by him and consequently, issue a separate patta to him.

2. Mr.S.Chandrasekar, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents.

3. By consent, this Writ Petition itself is taken up final disposal.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that it would be suffice if the representation of the petitioner is disposed of on merits and in accordance with law.

5. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent has no objection in considering the request of the petitioner.

6. In view of the above, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner in this Writ Petition, the respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 08.01.2015, on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to the interested parties, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
