Prayer: Civil Revision Petition - filed under Section 115 of the Civil Procedure Code, to allow this civil revision petition by setting aside the order and decree made in E.A.No.70 of 2013 in E.A.No.68 of 2012 in E.P.No.134 of 1999 in O.S.No.88 of 1998 dated 28.09.2016 on the file of the Additional Subordinate Court, Kumbakonam.

ORDER

This civil revision petition is directed against the order dated 28.09.2016 made in E.A.No.70 of 2013. E.A.No.70 of 2013 was filed under Order 21 Rule 89 CPC. The said E.A.No.70 of 2013 was closed, since the revision petitioner did not comply with the direction to disburse the amount within a period of 60 days. No exception can be taken to the order impugned in this civil revision petition. Finding no merit in this civil revision petition, this civil revision petition stands dismissed. It is made clear that dismissal of this civil revision petition will not have any bearing on the outcome of C.R.P.(MD)No.1035 of 2017. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
