This writ petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 28.02.2020, on merits and in accordance with law.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that he has made a complaint before the respondent on 28.02.2020, against the Block Development Officer. Since the respondent has not taken any action on the petitioner's complaint, the present writ petition has been filed.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that this Court may issue a direction to the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 28.02.2020 and pass appropriate orders.

4. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent.

5. Considering the limited request made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, though the petitioner has not impleaded the Block Development Officer as a party, since no adverse order passed as against the Block Development Officer, this Court directs the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 28.02.2020 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after providing opportunity to the concerned Block Development Officer, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
