ORDER

The above writ petition has been filed for a mandamus to grant admission to the petitioner's daughter in the first standard of the third respondent School namely, Kendria Vidyaladya.

2. A counter affidavit has been filed by the respondents 1 and 3, wherein, it has been clearly stated that the petitioner's daughter got admission for Class I at KV No.2, Thiruparankundram and she is attending class there. Therefore, nothing survives for consideration in this matter.

3. In view of the above counter affidavit, this Court is inclined to dispose the matter, though there is no representation for the petitioner. The writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. 06.04.2023 NCC:Yes/No Index:Yes/No Speaking/Non-speaking order mbi
