ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

2. By consent of both parties, the writ petition is taken up for final hearing.

3.The writ petition has been filed for Mandamus to direct the respondents not to interfere with the civil dispute regarding O.S.No.81/2012 on the file of the Learned District Munsif Court, Paramakudi, Ramanathapuram District.

4. According to the petitioner, there is a civil dispute between the petitioner and his landlord. So that, the petitioner had filed a suit in O.S.No.81 of 2012 on the file of the Court of District Munsif, Paramakudi, Ramanathapuram District and obtained exparte decree. Subseuently the second respondent/Deputy Superintendent of Police, Paramakudi, Ramanathapuram District has called the petitioner and interfered with the civil dispute and asked him to vacate the premises, which under law is not permissible. Therefore, the petitioner has come forward with this petition.

5. Today, on instruction, the learned Additional Government Pleader would submit that the respondents never called the petitioner for any enquiry and they have not obtained any complaint and they will not interfere with the civil matters.
