JUDGMENT
[Judgment of the Court was delivered by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] After making elaborate submissions, the learned counsel appearing for the appellant submits that the appellant may be permitted to withdraw the Writ Petition itself and also the present Writ Appeal. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. In the light of the above, the Writ Petition and the Writ Appeal shall stand dismissed as withdrawn. The findings rendered in the Writ Petition shall stand deleted. Consequently, liberty is given to the appellant to approach the respondents by way of fresh representation. No costs.
