Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent, on instructions, would submit that as per the order of this Court, dated 10.12.2020 the petitioner's land was surveyed by the authorities in the presence of the Sub-Inspector of Police, RI and other witnesses and the same was photographed and videographed.
